GRAŠAC
Grašac, an indigenous variety of the Pannonian Basin, is a wine that asserts itself not through power, but through character.

MILANOVIĆ
SILA
Sila is an indigenous variety from Fruška Gora, named in honor of Dr. Sime Lazić, one of the region’s most prominent vine growers and winemakers. In Milanović wines, Sila reveals its finest qualities—light, elegant, and precise.
The aromatic profile is dominated by notes of ripe summer fruits—peach, apple, and pear—accented by subtle layers of quince, citrus, and delicate tropical hints in the background. The bouquet is persistent, clean, and invites the next sip.
On the palate, it is harmonious and lively, medium-bodied, with a smooth, creamy texture. Minerality adds depth, while the finish is moderately long, balanced, and pleasantly refreshing.
MILANOVIĆ
NEOPLANTA
Neoplanta takes its name from the old Latin name for Novi Sad and is rightly considered one of the most refined domestic grape varieties. It belongs to the group of aromatic, floral wines and is often referred to as the “first lady” of our vineyards.
The bouquet is dominated by floral aromas of elderflower, acacia, and linden, complemented by fruity notes of vineyard peach, Golden Delicious apple, and subtle citrus, which bring liveliness and freshness.
Although completely dry, with no residual sugar, the wine is often perceived as slightly sweet due to its intense floral character. On the palate, it is light-bodied, unobtrusive in structure, and exceptionally drinkable.
Refreshing and versatile, it works beautifully as an aperitif, paired with food, or even with light desserts.

PROBUS
Probus is a domestic red variety originating from Sremski Karlovci, a region with a deep winemaking tradition.
Its aromatic profile is dark-fruited and juicy, dominated by blackberry, black cherry, and blueberry, with subtle spicy and lightly chocolatey notes. Occasionally, a delicate violet note appears, a distinctive signature of the variety.
On the palate, it is dry, full-bodied yet never heavy. The tannins are ripe and silky, while fresh acidity keeps the structure lively and dynamic. This is a wine that pairs beautifully with food, conversation, and the passage of time—a red wine with a local soul and a clearly expressed international character.
